• Trash room is located on the 1st floor just past the elevators. We ask that you bag all trash, tie off the bags, and place into the rolling cans in trash room. Your help with this will be appreciated.

• The closest gym we recommend is Ochsner Fitness Center - Downtown at  701 Poydras Street on the 13th Floor. It is 3 minutes walking from the building and they offer day passes and monthly memberships.  Give them a call at 504-588-1600.

Nearby parking options: Metered Street Parking 8AM through 7PM . Free after 7PM and on Sundays.

• This is a Non-Smoking Property. If you need to smoke please go outside. There is a $500 smoking penalty if you smoke in the building.

• The Courtyard area is open from 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM but we ask that you be courteous and keep the noise level to a minimum when outside.

• Your condo will be clean upon your arrival and we ask that you please keep it clean. We do not offer daily housekeeping.

• Streetcar & Bus is $1.25 a ride.
